• Prices are based on a maximum of 12 guests.
• Taxes (GST and PST) as well as tax on lodging of $2/night are not included.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation.
• Check in time is 5:00 PM and check out time is 12:00 noon.
• Payment must be made by check or cash ONLY.
• NON smoking house / pets are not allowed

• 20% of total rental cost is required upon reservation.
• Balance due for rental must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date.  If reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required.
• A $500 safety deposit is required to cover any damage which may occur during your stay.  Payment of the safety deposit must be post-dated 30 days before reservation date.
• Cancellations :

More than 30 days prior to reservation date: 20% deposit will be retained by the proprietor

Less than 30 days prior to reservation date: all sums received will be retained by the proprietor except the safety deposit.
